The management of company is aware of its responsibility for quality and safety of products, environmental protection, operational safety and health protection at work. The management of company has decided to continually improve the QMS (Quality Management Systems), EMS (Environmental Management Systems) and OHS (Safety and Health Protection at Work) systems. It declares following principles in order to achieve this purpose:

• Continually improve quality of our products
• Satisfy at maximum client’s requirements and continually develop relationships among our business partners
• Respect valid law and other rules concerning electric installation products and other products produced by our company
• Respect valid law and other rules concerning environment, safety at work and health protection
• Continually improve and increase quality of the environment and working environment beyond valid law and other rules
• Prevent accidents, possible jeopardising of environment and working environment
• Prevent possible quality decreasing of our products
• Regularly educate our employees in order to increase quality, improve environment, increase safety of all activities performed in our company
• Increase requirements demanded of contractors concerning evidence of supplied products quality and undesirable influences on environment
• Give preference to contractors who comply with ISO 9001:2000 system
• In case of decreasing quality of supplied products carry out an external audit of contractors supplying such products
• At all workplaces focus on the energy consumption decrease
• Assure that our customers are well-informed about products supplied by our company
• Continually evaluate nature and incidence of activities, products and services on environment
• Take into account product safety, utility and impact on environment when developing and introducing of new product

All employees of KOPOS KOLÍN Corp. and persons working for KOPOS KOLÍN Corp. must get familiar with the content of the KOPOS KOLÍN Corp. Company Policy and intentions within QMS, EMS and OHS area. The Company Policy of the KOPOS KOLÍN Corp. is freely available at reception desk, on the web site www.kopos.cz and on intranet (for employees).

The management of company demands from all its employees and external workers that they fully respect and comply with above mentioned principles.

The management of company shall provide for QMS, EMS and OHS necessary sources (financial, material and personnel).
