KEZ - installation box into thermal insulation

Box serves to install instruments (plugs, switches) on the thermal-insulated facade of building. Its design eliminates creating of thermal-bridges.
Box enables to install the instruments with insulation wallthickness 50 - 200 mm.
Part of the package are dowels, twists for fixing the carrier to the wall, screws for mounting the box to the carrier and for instrument insulation.
There is necessary to install the instruments with IP corresponding with the environment.

temperature range: from -25 up to +60 °C

MDZ - mounting desk into thermal insulation

It serves for installation of devices (outside lights, movement sensors, plugs 400 V etc.) on thermal-insulated facade. Its design eliminates creating of thermal-bridges.
Mounting desk enables to install the instruments with insulation wall-thickness 50 - 200 mm.
Mounting area 120 x 120 mm.
Part of the package are dowels, twists for fixing the carrier to the wall, screws for mounting the desk to the carrier and for instrument insulation.

temperature range: from -25 up to +60 °C

There is necessary to cut the carrier including inserted insulation before installation depending on layer thickness insulation.
The carrier is fixed to the wall with twists and dowels depending on type of the wall surface. For installation of 400 V plug we recommend to fasten the carrier with chemical anchors.
Then you will put the cable through the carrier.
The box or desk can be fixed to the carrier with four screws (part of package).

KOPOFLEX - UV stabilized flexible double-walled corrugated protector

Double-walled pipe for mechanical protection of all kinds of energy and telecommunication lines.

TN 68; TN 97 - extending piece

Extending piece serves to extend the centric thorn of covering lids KO 68, KO 97. It is applied in case of countersunk installation boxes when thorn of the lid is too short and is not reaching the centric threat of installation box. You can shorten the thorn at suitable length.

EKD 120X40 - installation trunking

Installation trunking is determined to install more cables or wider cross-section cables.
Inner compartment of the trunking can be divided with a cross-piece PEKD 40.

LHD 20X10HF - halogen free installation trunking

Trunking is made of material not containing halogen elements. It is suitable in areas with higher interest in protection of personnel and devices like hospitals, schools, public halls, offices.

Systems keeping functionality under fire

Supporting cable system KOPOS has successfully passed all tests in accordance with DIN 4102 part 12, ZP 27/2008 and STN 92 0205 with exposing to standard temperature-time curve 1006 °C within 90 minutes.
System includes: cable trays, cable ladders, supporting trunking, steel pipes, installation boxes, cable clips.
Part of supporting cable system KOPOS has passed the test in accordance with ZP 27/2008 with exposing to constant temperature 750 °C in length of 120 minutes with launch of 16 minutes. Power lines can be also installed in tunnel constructions.
System includes: cable trays JUPITER, cable ladders, steel pipes.
